Another One Off The Bucket List

I was pulling weeds today between the chicken coops and look who I ran into!

A monarch butterfly caterpillar.  It jsut hit me that I should have saved him and fed him and let the kids watch him turn into a butterfly.  Maybe in the morning when I let the chickens out I will see if he is still out there.

My Little Friend

I found this little guy on the front porch this afternoon.

I tried to get him in lots of different angles.

I just stopped what I was doing and enjoyed the few minutes that I took to get on my back and look at him.
